Description
Following the step of technological advance, various industries grow vigorously, especially the development of chemical industry (such as petrochemical, paint, acetylene, pharmaceutical and gas fiber) can be considered as very remarkable, however, the inherent industrial safety problem also arises which has raised the attention of the industry. In order to prevent the flame caused by the electrical appliances and the danger induced by overheating, the explosion proof scale equipment is therefore provided especially for hazardous areas.
Scope of application

The hazardous area classification can be divided into 3 zone levels.
If the area environment is already full of explosive gas or liquid, the area is in danger at any time. A small spark can often cause explosion and flame. Usually no electrical equipment should be used as possible in such area. If necessary, only equipment with intrinsically safe explosion proof structure is allowed. Area in which an explosive gas-air mixture is likely to occur in equipment at normal operation, If the leak it during the maintenance then the area will be danger as Hazardous Area. When the facility environment is normally operated, during overhaul or maintenance, the hazardous area is caused by the leakage of explosive gas which is full of fatalness. In the normal environment area for Hazardous Areas.

Pressure Durable Explosion Proof (d) The shell need to endure explosion pressure in case there is a leak-in of fatal gas which might cause explosion and to prevent flame to leak out from the connecting surface which cause the explosion of fatal gas externally。
Hazardous Area Applied:
Safe Plus Explosion Proof(e) The shell only has the structure of airtight without pressure durable capacity. Only elements which would not cause flame or overheat under normal operation can be installed internally.
Hazardous Area Applied:
Internal Pressure Explosion Proof(p) With shell like a normal power distribution box, but manufactured in a totally airtight way. The internal inflate produces higher pressure than the air to prevent external fatal gas to leak inside.in addition, the internal heat can be evacuated by the convection of inflated pipelines, generally used in electronic control panel or the whole control room.
Hazardous Area Applied:
Intrinsically Safe Explosion Proof(i) Is designed for electrical circuit or low energy electricity. Whether it is under normal or abnormal operation, it would not cause the instrument or the fatal gas surrounded in the electrical circuit to explode. The output or input of the circuit is both designed and well-controlled under the capacity which would induce the hydrogen to explode.
